Looking for a Fireproof Fabric for Your Project?

Every project has different fire risks, usage conditions, and compliance requirements.
We help you identify the right flame-retardant fabric based on your application, performance needs, and target fire safety standards—before production begins.

Solution Overview

In extreme heat or flash fire environments, ordinary synthetic fibers will rapidly melt and drip, adhering to the skin and causing severe second- to third-degree burns. Simply being “flame retardant” is not enough. Our fabrics utilize inherently flame-retardant fibers combined with advanced thermal insulation weaving technology. Upon contact with fire, the fabric surface quickly carbonizes to form a tough protective shell that does not melt or drip, does not support combustion, and effectively blocks heat transfer, gaining precious time for escape and rescue.

Oxidized PAN Fabric

Oxidized PAN fabrics provide permanent flame resistance (LOI > 45%). Soft, non-melting, and fiberglass-free, they meet EN ISO 11611 and NFPA 2112 for welding blankets, fire curtains, and industrial PPE.

  • Inherently & Permanently FR: Protection exists at the molecular level and will never wash out.
  • No Melting or Dripping: Instantly carbonizes under extreme heat to form a protective shield.
  • Ultra-High LOI (>40%): Cannot support combustion in normal air and is self-extinguishing.
  • Superior Thermal Stability: Withstands continuous operation at 300°C-400°C without degradation.
  • Excellent Chemical Resistance: remains inert to most industrial acids, bases, and solvents.
  • Soft Textile Hand: Offers comfortable drapability without the irritation of fiberglass.

Aramid Fabric

Aramid is a high-performance synthetic fiber known for its heat resistance, flame retardancy, and strength. it’s widely used in industrial textiles, electrical insulation, military gear, and firefighting equipment.

  • Exceptional Tensile Strength: 5 times stronger than steel by weight for high-impact protection.
  • No Melting or Ignition: Maintains integrity up to 400°C+, carbonizing rather than melting.
  • Superior Cut Resistance: Extremely tough against sharp objects, abrasion, and mechanical wear.
  • Outstanding Dimensional Stability: Zero creep and low thermal expansion ensure consistent shape and fit.
  • Proven Chemical Resistance: Highly durable against industrial oils, fuels, and organic solvents.

Fiberglass Fabric

Fireproof fiberglass fabric can withstand extremely high temperatures while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and insulation performance. This material is ideal for welding curtains, fireproof blankets, thermal shields, and architectural insulation.

  • Incombustible (Class A1): Inherently non-flammable; will not burn or emit toxic smoke when exposed to direct fire.
  • Extreme Heat Resilience: Capable of continuous operation at 550°C (1000°F).
  • Zero Thermal Shrinkage: Exceptional dimensional stability; the fabric will not stretch, shrink, or deform under heat.
  • Corrosion Resistance: Highly durable against most industrial acids, alkalis, and harsh chemical solvents.
  • Superior Electrical Insulation: High dielectric strength makes it an ideal material for electrical shielding and insulation.
